We primarily use FedEx and USPS to deliver your order. Orders are shipped from Innova Nutrition located in Mukilteo, Washington. Shipments returned or shipped to an incorrect address due to an incorrect shipping address provided at the time of ordering, will require an additional charge to reship.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or errors caused by the carrier that are beyond our control. We only accept orders that can be shipped to an address within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery Options

During checkout, you will see available delivery options for the address you specify. Choose the option that is best for you, and we'll get your order packed and on its way. We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping (1-8 business days; not available for Alaska and Hawaii)

Orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday (except during warm weather shipping months) if the order is placed before 12:00 pm PST. If your order was placed after 12:00 pm PST it will be processed on the next business day (not including weekends or holidays).

Standard Shipping orders typically arrive in 1-8 business days.

Due to the perishable nature of the dark chocolate coating on our bars; during the months of May through October, Warm Weather Shipping is in effect if temperatures are above 75 degrees. See "Warm Weather Shipping" for more details.

If you don’t see a shipping method available on our website that you prefer to use (i.e. Rush shipping option), please contact us, and we’ll do what we can to accommodate your request.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Shipments to these states incur an additional $3.00 surcharge per ship-to address. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional delivery time. Shipments to Alaska may be sent through the USPS.

Warm Weather Shipping

Due to the delicate nature of the dark chocolate coating on our bars, during the warm weather months of May through October, we ship the product using insulated packaging and ice packs to protect the dark chocolate from heat damage until it is delivered. A $7 per order shipping fee is charged at checkout for orders in specific regions during the Warm Weather Shipping months.

We do our best to ship your order quickly and cool enough to prevent the dark chocolate from melting. Dark chocolate starts to melt at 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

The life span of ice packs is limited and varies based on the in-transit and arrival temperatures. Please immediately accept all shipments and store in a cool, dry place. However, if the shipment is refused, we cannot guarantee that the dark chocolate will not melt. If you find your package was damaged during transit, please contact the carrier. We will settle any damage disputes with our carrier and will gladly replace damaged product.

Shipping: orders are shipped from Innova Nutrition located in Mukilteo, Washington. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday to most residential addresses, and Monday through Thursday to most business addresses. Your order may be delayed to the next business day if it will be in transit more than three days (over a weekend or holiday), and if the temperature is above 75 degrees Fahrenheit.


Due to the temperature sensitivity of the dark chocolate coating on our bars, we may need to change the ship date if warm weather extends beyond the warm weather months.  You will be notified if we need to change the expected shipping day.

Returns Policy

We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please contact us immediately at orders@stabilyze.com or call us at 1-425-487-6771.

  • With proof of purchase, we will be happy to replace the product or issue you a refund of its original purchase price.
  • Refunds or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery date.
  • For a full refund to be issued, no more than 3 bars missing from each returned box.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same credit card with which the order was purchased.
