Orders

We use FedEx to deliver your order. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge to reship. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Options

During checkout, you will see available delivery options for the address you specify. Choose the option that is best for you, and we'll get your order packed and on its way.

Standard Shipping (2-8 business days; not available for Alaska and Hawaii)

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday if the order is placed before 2:00 pm PST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed on the next applicable business day (not including weekends).

Due to the perishable nature of the dark chocolate coating on our bars, we ship only Rush Delivery during the months of April through September. Standard Shipping orders typically arrive in 1-9 business days. See "Warm Weather Shipping" for warm weather packaging.

Express Delivery (3-4 business days)

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday if the order is placed before 2:00 pm PST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed on the next applicable business day (not including weekends). Saturday deliveries are available to residential addresses at extra charge. Business addresses are delivered Monday through Friday. See "Warm Weather Shipping" for warm weather months.

Rush Delivery (1-2 business days)

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday if the order is placed before 2:00 pm PST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed on the next applicable business day (not including weekends). No Saturday or Sunday deliveries are available. Rush delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature may be required for delivery. See "Warm Weather Shipping" for warm weather months.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Express and Rush Delivery are available to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to these states incur an additional $3.00 surcharge per ship-to address. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional delivery time. Shipments to Alaska may be sent through the USPS.

Warm Weather Shipping

Due to the delicate nature of the dark chocolate coating on our bars, during the warm weather months of May through September, we ship the product using insulated packaging plus ice packs to protect the dark chocolate from heat damage until it is delivered. The warm weather shipping is available for an additional $5.00 per box.

We do our best to ship your order quickly and cool enough to prevent the dark chocolate from melting (dark chocolate starts to melt at 75 degrees Fahrenheit).

The life span of ice packs is limited, please accept all shipments and store in a cool, dry place. However, if the shipment is refused, we cannot guarantee that the dark chocolate will not melt. If you find a package was damaged during transit, please contact FedEx. We will settle any damage disputes with our carrier and will gladly replace damaged product.

Standard and Express Delivery: orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to residential addresses, and Monday through Wednesday to business addresses.

Rush Delivery: orders are shipped Monday through Friday to residential addresses and Monday through Thursday to business addresses.

Delays

Due to the temperature sensitivity of the dark chocolate coating on our bars, we may need to change the ship date if warm weather extends beyond the warm weather months.  You will be notified if we need to change the expected shipping day.

Order Tracking
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your order ships, we will send you an email notification with the FedEx tracking number.

Returns Policy

We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please contact us immediately at orders@stabilyze.com or call us at 1-425-487-6771.

  • With proof of purchase, we will be happy to replace the product or issue you a refund of its original purchase price.
  • Refunds or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery date.
  • For a full refund to be issued, no more than 3 bars missing from each returned box.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same credit card with which the order was purchased.
